From where can I purchase Tobor Device?

Tobor EV Chargers are compatible with all EVā€™s (2, 3 & 4 Wheelers).

It depends on the battery size of the EV and the type of charger you are using. Different variants have different charge time based on their power supply. AC Charger takes more time to charge as compared to DC Chargers.

Tobor EV Chargers are operated either through Tobor Mobile Application or using Tobor RFID Card.

Yes, Tobor do support fast charging for 4 wheelers.

Tobor comes with a very simple plug and play kind of setup, incase of any support is required, our support team is always available to help you out from 10 AM ā€“ 5 PM IST. Incase of extra wiring and proper cabling is required, our service engineer will visit for installation of Tobor device.

The price for a single EV charging session is approximately between 120-180 INR per hour for a 7.2 kW EV charger.

How do I initiate a charging session at Tobor EV Charging Stations using Tobor Mobile App?
You are supposed to scan QR Code given on Tobor device using scanner in the Mobile App. After scanning QR Code, a booking screen will open, select the time span of your charging session and click on start charging. Money will be automatically deducted from Tobor Wallet & charging will be initiated.

Yes, real time charging status is being displayed on Tobor Mobile Application after the charging is being initiated.

No, you cannot redeem money from Tobor Wallet. Money in Tobor Wallet can only be used to charge at Tobor EV Charging Stations.
